Garlic Butter Sauce

A nice smooth mild garlic butter sauce for everything.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, over medium heat, combine the garlic and broth.
  2. Bring to a boil and reduce by half.
  3. Whisk in the butter, 1 cube at a time, until all of the butter is incorporated and the sauce coats the back of a spoon.
  4. Add the parsley and mix well
  5. Salt and Pepper to taste
