Sweet Glazed Carrots

  • 1 bunch carrots – bag
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar or maple syrup


  1. Peel, wash and cut carrots, fresh or bagged, to desired size.
  2. Small pieces work best. Boil until fork tender.
  3. In a skillet, melt 3-4 tbsp. butter.
  4. Drain carrots and add to skillet.
  5. Add granulated brown sugar as desired. Stir together until fully coated.
  6. Saute in skillet about 5 minutes. Butter and sugar will caramelize and coat the carrots.
