Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 Large onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 4 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 cups of water
- Pinch of cilantro
Instructions
- Place water, onion, garlic and seasonings in the pot with lid and stir.
- Place thawed ground beef (not defrosted) ground beef in pot and mix.
- You should see how fine the meat is falling apart.
- Turn up to medium high until it started to bubble
- Reduce to low, cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
- After 25 minutes, remove lid and simmer on med-low for another 30-40 min, stir frequently.
- When just about all the water is cooked down, but before it starts browning the meat, remove and drain the grease off.
- Smack your mom.
