Ingredients
- 255 grams all purpose flour
- 4 large egg yolks
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoo0n kosher salt
Instructions
- Mix wet ingredients in bowl
- Make a well with the flour
- Pour egg mixture in well
- Slowly swirl flour from inside of well into the eggs
- Start flolding over the flour into the eggs
- Knead the dough
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours
- Sit our 1 hour before rolling
