- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1/4 cup salt
- In a boiling of rapidly boiling water (with Lid) pour some of the salt in the water. About 1/4 cup.
- Dump in Broccoli
- Add another 1/4 or so salt
- Stir so salt doesn’t hide in one place
- Cook with lid for 4 minutes, no more no less.
- Take out and drain.
- Enjoy some very nice and extra green Broccoli
