Alfredo Sauce

Butter

Flour

Heavy Cream

Cup
Parmesan or Asiago cheese

Clove
Minced garlic

Dash
Pepper

Instructions
  1. Mix butter & flour over medium-low heat a minute or two - don't brown In a separate pan bring cream just to a boil & add the butter/flour mixture to thicken.
  2. Add pepper to taste & garlic, simmer over low heat a few minutes stirring constantly.
  3. This gets rid of the flour taste. Add the parmesan cheese & stir gently till melted.
  4. Be careful not to stir in any burned stuff off the bottom of the pan.

Keep your eye on this, it burns fast.
